Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any purchase made, please email us (info@zenithpro.com.hk) or phone us (2151 9808) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please note the following when applying for refund / exchange:
1) A refund / exchange is only available to a customer who has purchased the products through ZENITH PRO website (www.zenithpro.com.hk) and where there has been a material fault in the transaction (e.g. delivery of wrong product by us) on our part. A refund / exchange will normally not be available under following circumstances:
(a) goods which have been used, tampered, opened, or goods which are of damaged or tampered packing,or where the lot number or expiration date is missing, covered or unreadable;
(b) goods obtained via any channel other than purchase through ZENITH PROwebsite; or
(c) goods which is labelled as free or sample goods.
2) Please note that shipping charges (HKD 50) are non-refundable. Also, in cases of “undeliverable orders”, refund will be made to you after deducting the shipping charges and a reasonable handling charge, which will not exceed 20% of the total value of the “undeliverable order”.
3) Customer applying for a refund/exchange shall give us all the details of the product and the purchase, and attaching the receipt of online purchase of that product through ZENITHPRO website. We will verify the case and send you emailconfirmation on whether your refund/exchange application is approved.
4)ZENITH PRO reserves the right to deny any refund/exchange applications without prior notice where, in its sole and exclusive discretion, decides that such refund/exchange application is not properly supported or otherwise not appropriate.
