Ingredient list (Each Softgel contains): Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin, Garlic 500:1 Concentrate [Allium sativum (bulb) ]2 mg (Equivalent to 1,000 mg of Fresh Garlic).

Directions: For adults, take one (1) softgel four times daily, preferably with meals.
