Main Ingredient(s) Per Serving: Ester-Omega® Fish Oil 1,200 mg [600mg of Active Omega-3 Fatty Acids comprising of: 318 mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), 204 mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) , Other Fatty Acids

Directions: For adults, take one (1) softgel two times daily, preferably with meals. To maximize your intake of Omega-3 Oils take up to three (3) softgels daily.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin, Mixed Natural Tocopherols. Contains fish (anchovy, mackerel, sardine) ingredients.
